Saturday, May 30, 2026: Step into the heart of nature with an English-language forest bathing experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself and the natural world. Your forest therapy guide is Nadia Frost, a bilingual psychotherapist practicing in Toronto.

Together, we will set a personal intention for the walk, reflecting on how we wish to feel during our time in nature and what we hope to carry forward afterward. While the theme of renewal is central, each participant is encouraged to discover and receive what they uniquely need from the experience.

This workshop is thoughtfully timed for spring, a season of awakening and new beginnings. Using the forest as our guide, we will explore how to emerge from the quiet of winter and move beyond any lingering sense of hibernation or lack of focus. Through a series of gentle invitations and reflective moments, participants will be supported in planting their own "seeds of intention" for the months ahead. Our hope is that you leave the walk with a renewed sense of purpose, clarity, and inspiration, ready to nurture your personal growth throughout the rest of the year.

This experience is geared to participants aged 7 and up—and all other ages are welcome to join as well!

What to Expect:

  • No prior experience is needed
  • A slow, mindful walk through the forest
  • Guided sensory activities to deepen your connection with nature
  • Space for quiet reflection and shared moments
  • A peaceful tea ceremony to close the experience

Preparation:

  • Wear layered clothing and dress for colder than the forecasted weather. The event is rain or shine, and forest bathing requires our bodies to move at a slower pace, so we will not be creating as much body heat to keep us warm.
  • Ensure you and your child(ren) are dressed comfortably and appropriately for the weather.
  • Bring a water bottle and an open mind!
