A late summer walk all about food! Join us to learn about the incredible wild and cultivated food grown in Downsview Park. This program will look at the wild food found in trees and plants around the Park and then head to the south end of Downsview Park where we will go on a walk through the Orchard and learn about the urban farming happening at Downsview Park. This program will cover about 2.5 km roundtrip, so participants should prepare for this. This program will mainly take place along accessible paved pathways. Farm and orchard pathways may not all be accessible. Please contact us for any accessibility questions.
Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Pets are not permitted at this program. Service animals are always welcome.
