This notice summarizes the privacy practices of Canada Lands Company Limited and its affiliates (collectively, “CLC”) with regard to booking park visits and event registration.
As a Crown corporation, CLC may collect, use and disclose personal information under the authority of the Financial Administration Act. All personal information collected by CLC is protected under the Privacy Act, which gives individuals the right to access and correct their personal information.
Personal information collected by CLC as part of the above activity is retained in connection with the following Personal Information Banks: Outreach Activities – PSU 938 and Real Property Management – PSU 948.
