Join Charles-Antoine Rouyer at the Downsview Park Hub for an engaging indoor presentation on the benefits of parks and nature for physical and mental health! Learn from an expert in urban health, with the chance to engage and ask questions. Charles-Antoine Rouyer will guide our learning in French on Wednesday, February 4.

Bio:

Charles-Antoine Rouyer is a university course director, public speaker and independent journalist specializing in urban health. More specifically, Charles-Antoine covers public health, health promotion, urban ecology and sustainable cities. Charles-Antoine has been living in Toronto since 1989, where he enjoys cycling through Toronto’s ravines and walking through parks and green spaces in the city, and beyond.

Pets are not permitted at this program. Service animals are always welcome.

All ages are welcome but those under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
