Join us for a Forest Bathing experience led in French by certified Forest Therapy Guide Nadia Frost from Wanderoots. This experience is specially designed for families with children aged 7 and up—and all other ages are welcome to join as well. Whether you're new to forest bathing or returning for another dose of nature's medicine, you'll be gently guided through a series of invitations to connect with the forest in a meaningful and playful way.
What to Expect:
- No prior experience is needed
- A slow, mindful walk through the forest
- Guided sensory activities to deepen your connection with nature
- Space for quiet reflection and shared moments
- A peaceful tea ceremony to close the experience
Preparation:
Wear layered clothing and dress for colder than the forecasted weather. The event is rain or shine, and forest bathing requires our bodies to move at a slower pace, so we will not be creating as much body heat to keep us warm.
- Ensure you and your child(ren) are dressed comfortably and appropriately for the weather.
- Bring a water bottle and an open mind!
