Join us for a summer of fitness and community! 

Our passionate community members organize and lead programs suitable for all levels and ages from May to October. Choose from a variety of activities including meditation, yoga, Zumba, and highly effective circuit training. Strengthen, stretch, and center your mind and body with our community yoga instructor, or get your heart pumping with upbeat Zumba dance routines. Circuit training is also available for those looking to build strength, improve cardiovascular health, and burn fat.

When: Every Sunday 11am to 12pm, and every Wednesday 7:00pm to 8:00pm

Step aerobics and weight lifting with @StepInThe6ix
(Fitness class is in honour of the loving memory of: Mark Finiello, Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor)

Cost: $33 (In honour of Mark’s 33 years of life)
100% of the proceeds will be donated to CopperWood Trail Horse Farm, which was one of Mark’s favourite places.
