Black Canadian Hikers (BCH) is a grassroots community hiking group in the GTA which began in 2020. BCH is an open hiking group on a mission to connect those across the African & Black Diaspora in Ontario to nature through hiking to build community, break down stereotypes and increase representation, learn about the land we live on, and to improve our overall well-being, one trail at a time. BCH is LGBTQ2S+ inclusive and is open to all underrepresented racial and ethnic communities. This is a space where you are welcomed with open arms, just like nature, it welcomes us all, for we are nature, therefore we are all connected and we are all one.
