Do I need insurance?

General liability insurance maybe required for some activities. There is a fee associated with the insurance that will be outlined within your booking agreement.

Is the space totally free to book?

The space is free Monday to Friday for eligible groups (community groups, non-profit organizations, charities and similar associations) however, there is a nominal security/damage deposit that we require.

If you’re not sure about eligibility, please send us an email at downsviewhub@clc-sic.ca.

How often and for how long can I book the room?

Repeat bookings and longer durations are possible, as long as there is availability. With that being said, the Hub is not available to book between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
