Due to poor air quality, tonight’s Movies Under the Stars is postponed. Our Bend It Like Beckham screening (in English & French!) will be rescheduled to a later date. No need to re-register. New date: Monday July 20

 

Movies Under the Stars returns to Downsview Park this year! Our annual movie program will be taking place by the lake and meadow. 

Movies Under the Stars 2026 Schedule:

Wednesday July 15 (**POSTPONED! New date: Monday July 20** )  - Bend It Like Beckham
Monday July 27 - Hoppers
Wednesday August 19 - a mystery movie!

This movie is offered in English. Register for the French-language movie here.

Our movies will feature open captions, making it easier for everyone to follow along!
 
Time: The show will start at dusk (approximately 9:00 pm), but we encourage you to arrive an hour early to get a good spot.

Location: Lake's south side (English movie) and the Meadow (French movie)

Parking: Orchard parking lot (P2)
