Downsview Park is an ideal spot for summer camp fun. With sustainability-based programming for kids 6 to 12 years of age, our camp offers a fun and safe environment for children to play and learn.

Our Goal:

Our goal is to provide a fun, safe and energetic learning environment with an emphasis on sustainability and camper well being.

We Offer:

Themed programming for children 6 to 10.
Sports camp for children 6 to 12.
An optional healthy lunch program from Downsview Park's The Hangar Grill featuring fresh sandwiches, fruit, juices, desserts (including Pizza Fridays)
Optional Pizza Lunch Friday
Optional extended drop-off and pick-up service, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
Low counsellor to camper ratio
An ideal balance of fun activities, education and sports

Program Costs:

Early bird registration (on or before May 31): $130/week/child

Regular registration (after May 31): $140/week/child

Short week: $115/week/child

Optional lunch service (including Pizza Friday): $40*/week/child

Optional Pizza Lunch Friday: $8*/week/child

Optional extended drop-off/pick-up: $25/week/child (8 am - 5:30 pm)

*Plus applicable taxes

THEME WEEKS - FOR AGES 6 to 10

Theme & DATE	Description
Nature's Nest July 5 - 9 August 9 - 13	Campers explore the groves and meadows of Downsview Park through nature walks, crafts, gardening and wildlife studies.
Science Quest July 12 - 16 August 16 - 20	Campers become science wizards through a variety of experiments and hands-on investigations.
The Great Outdoors July 19 - 23 August 23 - 27	This program allows campers to have fun while exploring the natural environment with creative crafts and outdoor games.
Art in the Park July 26 - 30 August 30 - Sept. 3	For the creative camper, this week is filled with crafts, visual art, and music and lasting memories.
The Summer Dayz Games August 3 - 6 (short week - no camp on August 2)	Campers learn about eating healthy and will grow good food in the Downsview Park garden. Campers participate in Downsview Park's first mini Olympics.

MULTI-SPORT WEEKS - AGES 6 to 12

July 5 - 9	Our multi-sports camp offers instruction in a variety of sports from soccer, volleyball, basketball, ball hockey and more. For younger campers, we emphasize "getting involved" and keeping active. Older children will be encouraged to improve skills and practice good sportsmanship. Older children may also have the opportunity to race safe and environmentally friendly go-karts!
